Indemnity Agreement

The LinguiSteps website and App are designed for the purpose of allowing users to enroll into the LinguiSteps English Language Program.

Privacy Policy

LinguiSteps does not collect or store any data or analytics other than that provided directly by the user during the enrolment process and that relating to the users' assignment history. The LinguiSteps team are committed to protecting your privacy and will never spam its users. The only automated emails that users will receive are relating to activation codes, password resets and Assignment notifications. All user passwords are stored in an encrypted format and LinguiSteps employees do not have access to unencrypted versions of these passwords. Users’ emails and phone numbers will be visible to all Tutors. Emails are verified during the enrolment process and may not be changed once an account has been created for a user.

Content and Abuse

The owner(s) and employees of LinguiSteps are not responsible for the content of any material posted online by it's users. Any user found to be engaged in abusive behaviour shall have his/her account suspended indefinitely and will be expelled from the LinguiSteps Program.
